This Privacy Policy explains how Dynamic Bio Holdings, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information across the Services. It also explains privacy choices and rights.
## 1. Scope
This Policy applies to Dynamic Bio, Fusion, Core, the Connect portals, the Dynamic Bio Command Center, marketplaces, networks, technical rooms, event and QR tools, account systems, APIs, advertising and sponsorship programs, and related Services.
A Business Customer may separately control personal information submitted to the Services by or for its personnel. In those circumstances, the Business Customer may be the controller or business, and Dynamic Bio may act as a processor or service provider under the Data Processing Addendum.
## 2. Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:
### A. Identity and contact information
Name, business email, telephone number, job title, company, professional profile, address or general location, LinkedIn or other professional links, and contact preferences.
### B. Account and authentication information
Account identifier, username, password hash, email-verification status, access tier, role, permissions, multifactor settings, account status, and authentication events. We do not store readable passwords.
### C. Company and professional information
Organization type, industry, products, services, supplier categories, project interests, technology interests, geographic markets, certifications, and relationship classifications.
### D. Platform usage and activity
Registration, first and last login, login counters, active days, feature usage, onboarding status, marketplace activity, network participation, DDT activity summaries, support interactions, account health, and meaningful product milestones.
Detailed security logs may remain within the relevant platform and be summarized in the CRM.
### E. Communications and community content
Messages, technical-room content, comments, files, inquiries, meeting requests, support tickets, survey responses, feedback, and correspondence.
### F. Marketplace and commercial information
Listings, requests, supplier or buyer information, proposals, opportunities, contracts, campaign information, advertiser or sponsor materials, and transaction-related details.
### G. Billing and transaction information
Subscription plan, order, invoice, payment status, billing contact, tax information, and limited payment metadata. Full payment-card information is generally processed by a payment provider and is not stored by Dynamic Bio unless expressly disclosed.
### H. Device, log, and technical information
IP address, browser, operating system, device category, session identifiers, timestamps, referral source, pages or features used, crash or error information, and security events.
### I. QR, event, and connection information
QR campaign, scan timestamp, event, source, landing page, buttons selected, contact-exchange submission, and conversion status. An anonymous QR scan does not automatically reveal the scanner's name, email, telephone number, or company.
### J. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential session technologies, preferences, analytics identifiers, and other technologies described in the Cookie Policy.
### K. Inferences and derived information
Relationship stage, interest classification, engagement level, lead source, account-health summary, duplicate-match suggestions, and recommended follow-up actions. Significant decisions should include appropriate human review.
### L. Sensitive information
The Services are not designed to collect government identification numbers, precise financial account credentials, health information, biometric identifiers, classified information, export-controlled technical data, or security-sensitive nuclear information. Do not submit such information unless Dynamic Bio has expressly authorized a secure, legally compliant workflow.
## 3. Sources of Information
We collect information:
- directly from you;
- from your employer or organization;
- from account administrators;
- through your use of the Services;
- from event, QR, contact-exchange, and meeting interactions;
- from integrations you authorize;
- from public professional or company sources;
- from service providers; and
- from other users who provide your business contact information in connection with a legitimate professional interaction.
## 4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, authenticate, and secure the Services;
- create and manage accounts, permissions, and subscription tiers;
- maintain the central CRM and relationship history;
- process contact exchanges and event follow-up;
- provide marketplaces, networks, technical rooms, and decision-support functions;
- communicate about accounts, security, support, transactions, meetings, and requested information;
- send marketing or commercial communications where permitted;
- manage supplier, customer, investor, advertiser, sponsor, and partner relationships;
- improve usability, reliability, performance, and product development;
- detect fraud, abuse, misuse, errors, and security threats;
- enforce agreements and policies;
- comply with law, legal process, and regulatory requests; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
## 5. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Processing
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, we rely on one or more of the following:
- performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract;
- legitimate interests, such as operating a secure business service, managing professional relationships, preventing fraud, improving the Services, and conducting proportionate business-to-business outreach;
- consent, including for optional marketing or nonessential storage technologies where required;
- compliance with legal obligations; and
- protection of vital interests or performance of a task in the public interest when applicable.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will evaluate the request and applicable legal requirements.
## 6. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information to:
- hosting, database, cloud, storage, security, analytics, communication, customer-support, payment, and professional service providers;
- Business Customers and their authorized administrators;
- marketplace participants when you request an introduction, inquiry, listing, or transaction;
- event, meeting, advertising, or sponsorship partners when disclosed and authorized;
- corporate affiliates or successors;
- authorities, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or service integrity; and
- other parties with your direction or consent.
Service providers are permitted to process information only for authorized purposes and under applicable contractual restrictions.
## 7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Dynamic Bio does not sell personal information for money. Dynamic Bio does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising based on activity across unaffiliated services.
If these practices change, Dynamic Bio will update this Policy and provide any required notice, consent mechanism, or opt-out right before the change applies.
Advertising and sponsorship within the Services may be contextual, first-party, category-based, or based on information you voluntarily provide to Dynamic Bio. Sponsored content will be identified where necessary to avoid confusion.
## 8. Marketing Communications
You may receive account, security, transaction, support, or service communications that are necessary to the relationship. Optional marketing communications may be sent when permitted by law and consistent with your choices.
You can unsubscribe through the message link or by contacting dynamicbio.info@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential account or transaction messages. Dynamic Bio maintains suppression records to honor opt-outs.
## 9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Services use essential technologies necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and requested functionality. Nonessential analytics, advertising, or similar technologies will be used only as described in the Cookie Policy and, where required, after an appropriate choice or consent.
## 10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including contractual, legal, accounting, security, dispute, and operational requirements.
Default operational targets, subject to configuration and legal holds, are:
- active account and relationship data: for the relationship plus up to 24 months;
- contracts, invoices, payment, and tax records: up to 7 years;
- CRM leads without a continuing relationship: generally up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction;
- consent, suppression, and legal-compliance records: as long as needed to demonstrate and honor the choice;
- security and access logs: generally 12 to 24 months;
- support and incident records: generally 3 years;
- anonymous QR and first-party analytics events: generally up to 13 months;
- backups: generally overwritten or deleted within 90 days after removal from active systems.
Dynamic Bio may retain information longer when required by law, contract, insurance, audit, investigation, litigation hold, or protection of rights.
## 11. Security
Dynamic Bio uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, which may include role-based access, secure authentication, encryption in transit, encryption at rest where appropriate, logging, backups, vulnerability management, vendor review, and incident response.
No security measure can guarantee absolute security. Report concerns according to the Security and Responsible Disclosure Policy.
## 12. International Transfers
Dynamic Bio is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, Dynamic Bio uses recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards, which may include adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Agreement, and contractual, technical, and organizational measures.
Dynamic Bio does not claim participation in a data-transfer certification framework unless current participation is expressly published.
## 13. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- know or access personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete information;
- receive a portable copy;
- restrict or object to processing;
- withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing;
- opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling practices if they occur;
- appeal a denied request; and
- complain to a data-protection or consumer-protection authority.
Submit requests to dynamicbio.info@gmail.com with the subject **"Privacy Request."** We may verify your identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and provide an appeal process where required.
## 14. California and Other U.S. State Notices
Where applicable U.S. state privacy laws apply, the categories described in this Policy also serve as a description of categories collected, sources, purposes, retention criteria, and categories of recipients. Dynamic Bio will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Dynamic Bio will honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals when required and technically applicable to a practice conducted by the Services.
## 15. Business Customer Data
When a Business Customer controls personal information and instructs Dynamic Bio to process it, requests concerning that information may need to be directed to the Business Customer. Dynamic Bio will assist the Business Customer as required by contract and law.
## 16. Children
The Services are intended for adults and business or professional users. Dynamic Bio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact dynamicbio.info@gmail.com.
## 17. Third-Party Links
Third-party sites and services have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not apply to information controlled independently by third parties.
## 18. Changes to This Policy
Dynamic Bio may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, data practices, or Services. The effective date and version will be updated. Material changes will be communicated when required.
